Terms & Conditions



Orders & Delivery

No goods will leave Cartronics until they have been paid for in full or prior arrangements have been made. If this is the case, the item will remain the property of Cartronics until paid for in full.
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Cartronics.
Cartronics may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.
If Cartronics requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Cartronics, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Cartronics or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Cartronics as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Cartronics to be authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Cartronics may charge you additional delivery fees.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.  

Pictures & Images

Cartronics aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Return & Credit of Goods
All items are packed well to try and avoid damage during transit, but once items leaves our warehouse they are the sole responsibilty of the buyer and no refunds will be given for damaged or lost items.
We take no responsibility for any lost or damaged items during transit unless buyer pays additional cost for insurance.
We do not give any refunds, exchance only.
Buyer to pay return shipping costs in case of warranty claims.
Warranty does not cover labour Costs or freight costs.
The customer is responsible for the correct installation of purchased components. Failure to correctly install components is not a fault and is not covered by our warranty.
Cartronics will not and cannot refund any shipping charges and they are paid to couriers not us.
We will not give any refunds if the item is incompatable - only exchange will be excepted.  



Changes to Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Cartronics may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.



Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Car-tronics.com.au web site, you signify your agreement with the Cartronics Terms & Conditions & Privacy Statement. If you are NOT able to agree with any aspect of this policy, please do not use the Cartronics site.
